Stroke Introduction/Development
(Stage 2) Encourages forward and backward
movement in water and basic self- rescue skills
performed independently.
(Stage 4 & 5) Introduces basic stroke technique in
front and back crawl and reinforces water safety
through treading water and elementary
backstroke.

All Private/Semi-Private Swim Lessons
are offered in packages of 6 pre-paid
lessons and are non-refundable. Each
lesson is 30 minutes in length and
taught in the either pool depending on
participant swimming ability.
