25 Meter Pool
Aqua Board Class

Aqua Board is a balance and strength-based water fitness
class that uses inflatable, tethered Aqua Body Strong
boards in a pool for a total body, core strengthening
workout for all fitness levels. This training modality
challenges the body to maintain proper postural control
and alignment while moving through a series of
transitional movements on the board increasing balance,
strength, endurance, flexibility, and focus. **Prior
experience not required, skill modifications for all!

Shallow Water Aqua Boot Camp

Aqua Boot Camp is a solid blend of flexibility, strength
training with muscle sets, balance and cardio with the use
of noodles and water dumbbells. For all fitness levels!

uses stretching for relief of aches, pains,
arthritis, and fibromyalgia.

A gentle, feel- good water class designed for
adults and seniors looking to improve mobility,
balance, and overall wellness. With zero impact
on joints, participants enjoy stretching,
strengthening, and splashing? all while having
fun and building confidence in the pool. No
swimming skills needed. Shallow Water.
Senior Aquacise

Shallow water exercise, calisthenics and
conditioning.
Ai Chi

Combine spirit, mind, and body in an aquatic
environment while increasing vitality and energy.
This class will help improve posture, balance,
agility, grace and coordination, while increasing
flexibility and focus.
Shallow Water Strength
A low-impact but high-intensity water fitness class
where no swimming skills are needed. This class
utilizes the resistance of water to enhance flexibility,
range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and
cardiovascular endurance. Shallow Water.

This low-impact class takes place in the shallow
water. It includes water walking, jogging, and
running, along with resistance equipment exercises
to enhance joint stability, flexibility, coordination,

Water in Motion

Offers the benefits of a high energy calorie
burning workout without the pull that gravity
plays on the body. Experience the cross-training
effects that water provides reducing impact
on your joints, specifically the knees and back.

This aqua class will challenge you and help you develop,
strengthen, and tone your muscles. Working against the
water with water dumbbells, noodles and various types of
equipment will add the perfect amount of resistance to
your workout. Ideal for beginners to advanced fitness
enthusiasts.

equipment. Participants can expect to work out in a
vertical position with a supportive floatation belt

Slow Low Intensity

This class is designed for individuals new to water
exercise, those returning after a break, or those
recovering from an injury or surgery. Shallow Water.
