Aqua Board is a balance and strength-based water fitness
class that uses inflatable, tethered Aqua Body Strong
boards in a pool for a total body, core strengthening
workout for all fitness levels. This training modality
challenges the body to maintain proper postural control
and alignment while moving through a series of
transitional movements on the board increasing balance,
strength, endurance, flexibility, and focus. **Prior
experience of high level of fitness recommended!

Shallow water exercise, calisthenics and
conditioning.

This class is designed for those entering the water
fitness arena for the first time, re- entering after a
break, or recovering from an injury or surgery. It
offers a low-impact, slow-moving workout,
including water walking, slow jogging, stretches,
and fundamental strengthening. The class aims to
improve balance, core strength, and agility.
Cardio Splash

low-impact but high-intensity water fitness class
where no swimming skills are needed. This class
uses the water?s resistance and various resistance
equipment to improve flexibility, range of motion,
strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular
endurance.
S.P.L.A.S.H. (Swim, Pull, Laps, Aerobic, Stroke Hour)
Ai Chi

Combine spirit, mind, and body in an aquatic
environment while increasing vitality and energy.
This class will help improve posture, balance,
agility, grace and coordination, while increasing
flexibility and focus.
Deep Water Aqua

This class is designed to help lap swimmers improve
their strokes and turns and learn to incorporate
interval training into their workouts. The equipment
that is supplied includes kickboards and pull buoys.
Additional recommended equipment includes swim
caps, goggles, fins, and hand paddles.

This aqua class will challenge you and help you develop,
strengthen, and tone your muscles. Working against the
water with water dumbbells, noodles and various types of
equipment will add the perfect amount of resistance to
your workout. Ideal for beginners to advanced fitness
enthusiasts.

This low-impact moderate to high-intensity class
takes place in shallow water and includes water
walking, jogging, and running, along with resistance
equipment exercises to improve joint stability,
flexibility, coordination, heart health, and strength.

Aqua Boot Camp is a solid blend of flexibility, strength
training with muscle sets, balance and cardio with the use
of noodles and water dumbbells. For all fitness levels!
Tuesday Morning Mix- Up

This class is a mix of strength training with muscle sets
and cardio. This class uses both noodles and water
dumbbells. For all fitness levels!
Water in Motion

Offers the benefits of a high energy calorie
burning workout without the pull that gravity
plays on the body. Experience the cross-training
effects that water provides reducing impact
on your joints, specifically the knees and back.

This class provides a high-power workout utilizing
deep water running techniques and internal training
while using resistance equipment. Participants must
be comfortable and able to swim in deep water and
must be able to maintain a vertical position with a
floatation belt.
F.I.T. Swimming (Fitness Interval Training)

Enhance endurance and speed with this aerobic
workout using interval training. Some participants
are members of U.S. Masters Swimming, but
membership is not required. Kickboards and pull
buoys are provided; recommended gear includes
swim caps, goggles, fins, and hand paddles

A shallow water, low-impact aqua- exercise
experience that offers active aging adults and
deconditioned participants a fun workout
improving cardiovascular endurance, agility,
balance, strength and flexibility. Supplies an
intergenerational selection that will have you
singing along in no time.
A gentle, feel- good water class designed for
adults and seniors looking to improve mobility,
balance, and overall wellness. With zero impact
on joints, participants enjoy stretching,
strengthening, and splashing? all while having
fun and building confidence in the pool. No
swimming skills needed.
Water in Motion Strength

Water in Motion Strength takes advantage
of the
aquatic environment to build muscular endurance, power
and overall tone using aqua dumbbells. Water in Motion
Strength uses the unique properties of water to build lean
muscle through the creative use of drag, resistance, and
buoyancy. Water minimizes the strain of gravity on the
joints and ligaments to prevent overuse on the muscles.
