Water Acclimation
(Stage 1) Increases comfort with underwater
exploration and introduces basic self- rescue
skills performed with assistance.

Water Movement
(Stage 2) Encourages forward and backward
movement in water and basic self- rescue skills
performed independently.
Due to our Annual Pool Shut Down for
maintenance cleaning, we will be offering a
mini session for our swim lessons.

Parents accompany children in stage A, which
introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic
environment through exploration and encourages
them to enjoy themselves while learning about the
water.

All Private/Semi-Private Swim Lessons
are offered in packages of 6 pre-paid
lessons and are non-refundable. Each
lesson is 30 minutes in length and
taught in the either pool depending on
participant swimming ability.

AGES 6-12
Water Stamina
(Stage 3) Develops forward and backward
movement and intermediate self- rescue skills
performed at longer distances than previous
stages.
NORTH
(Stage 1) Increases comfort with underwater
exploration and introduces basic self- rescue
skills performed with assistance.

TEENS
(Stage 1) Increases comfort with underwater
exploration and introduces basic self- rescue

Stroke Introduction/Development
(Stage 4 & 5) Introduces basic stroke technique
in front and back crawl and reinforces water
safety through treading water and elementary
backstroke.
