Ages 16 and older are welcome to join our group classes. In an effort better serve our members the YMCA offers a year-round fitness
program for members only. No reservations are required. Please refer to our group exercise schedule on our website. Classes /Instructors
are subject to change. All notifications of any class changes are available through our Group Me App.

Power Ride
Cardio Fit

45 minutes of full body weight training with cardio
bursts. All fitness levels with modifications as needed.
Cardio Fusion

This class is a high volume (reps) with bursts of
cardio.
Chair Pilates
SOUTH
Pilates uses the diaphragmatic breath which prompts
movement whereby engaging and strengthening the
core as well as engaging other muscles while
stretching and reaching for a total body workout. It is
a holistic approach to the mind and body relationship
which lies at the heart of Pilates. Chair Pilates uses
this same system for both the fit and non-fit person
who wants the same benefits as mat Pilates but
without having to get down on the floor.

Cycle class

This training method combines high-intensity cardio
movements mixed with dynamic strength and
sculpting exercises.
Senior Aerobics
SOUTH
Strength and Balance: A combination of light aerobics
set to music, upper body light weight strength
training, and various balance exercises followed by
stretching.
Senior Mat Pilates
SOUTH
Pilates covers the art and science of human
movement as it relates to the Joseph Pilates method.
It offers a system for the fit and non-fit who want to
function at an optimal level without pain. The
diaphragmatic breath prompts the movement whereby
engaging and strengthening the core as well as
engaging other muscles for a total body workout. It is
a holistic approach to the mind and body relationship
which lies at the heart of Pilates.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp combines calisthenics, bodyweight
exercises, interval training, and strength workouts. It
features high-intensity bursts of skipping,
jumping rope, and sprinting for a full-body
challenge.
Barre
Barre blends ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength
training into a full-body workout. It engages
multiple muscle groups simultaneously, with a
strong focus on core stability.
Barre/Pilates
This class blends Barre and Pilates, featuring floor
exercises that enhance core strength, flexibility,
posture, and body awareness.
Club Ak
This class will move your whole body through a
complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.
Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of
postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and
range of movement.
Les Mills Dance
Circuit Training
Designed for the older adults focusing on
cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance
and flexibility. Moderate level of well-balanced
exercise routine for heart health, cardiovascular,
muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and
balance.
Chair Yoga
Spin
Fun, fit and fabulous is an exercise class for 50 & over
that focuses on cardio, toning, and flexibility.

CoreTM ( LESMILLS)

A scientific core workout for incredible core tone and
ports performance. You build strength, stability and
endurance in the muscles that support your core,
improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become

Flex & Fit

Similar to Tabata, Flex & Fit uses weights for upper
body (30 seconds, 45 seconds, or 1minute) followed
by (rest time) and a lower body movement for (30
seconds, 45 seconds, or 1minute).
Gentle Yoga

This gentle, low-intensity class is perfect for all levels.
Move slowly through standing, seated, and reclining
poses, holding each to enhance alignment, relaxation,
and calm. Release tension with mindful breathwork
and gentle stretches? an ideal way to reset your body
and mind.

Les Mills 30-minute series that features a variety of
classes that primarily focuses on plyometric exercises,
cardio, and strength training.
Les Mills RPM

A highly motivating and often addictive cycle
workout that lets members burn calories, build

match their fitness level.

to promote longevity and athleticism. It combines
cardio, strength, and core into a great whole body
workout that accommodates all fitness levels.

Gentle/Beginner Yoga
Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace with simple
positions and extended time for meditation. Perfect
for all ages!
HITT
HIIT is a training method that involves intense bursts
of exercise followed by short rest periods. It
maximizes effort, keeps your heart rate up, and burns
more fat in less time.
Indoor Cycle/Spin
This class will work your arms, legs and core strength
along with your balance.

actions, which allows you to look into your inner
landscape to find space, freedom, and peace. It also
helps you release stress and build up your resilience
physically, mentally, and emotionally. The class either
begins or ends with a 15-20 minute guided
meditation, transitions smoothly into a 1-hour yoga
asana (posture) practice, and ends with some sweet
relaxation.

A highly popular Latin-inspired dance workout
delivers a dynamic and exciting fitness experience in a
