YMCA Adult Sports programs offer fun ways for men and women to stay active, get fit and explore new hobbies. Whether you
are a seasoned athlete or just looking to explore a new hobby, we have something for you!
From basketball to soccer, the YMCA offers a variety of adult sports leagues and programs that provide fun and healthy
activities for adults of all fitness levels. Register for adult leagues as a team or if you don?t have a team please contact the
Sports Department to be put on a free agent list for teams needing players.

YMCA Basketball Leagues are a fun way for
members, friends and coworkers to get together,
get some exercise and win a championship!
Participants in our adult basketball league must
be 18 years old. You do not need to be a YMCA
member to participate. A team must consist of a
minimum of 5 players and EACH player must
complete a liability waiver. Ten regular season
games guaranteed, plus playoffs. Full team
payment of $325 is due when registering ($40
referee fees are paid by cash to the referees
prior to the start of each game).
YMCA Soccer Leagues are a fun way for members,
friends and coworkers to get together, get some
exercise.

Our Beginner Pickleball Clinic is an introductory level
course on Pickleball. The class is appropriate for true
beginners (newbies) to the game as well as those that
are playing casually but who NEVER received formal
beginner training. Our skilled instructor (IPTPA
certified) will teach you all about the fundamentals of
the game, the history, strokes, rules, paddle, grip,
scoring, etiquette, overall strategy of the game, proper
warm up and safety to get you started on your path to
being a professional pickleball player or just a casual
social player.

Just want court time?
Learn the essential skills to start playing pickleball with
control, consistency, and confidence. This class covers
key elements like serving, returning, basic court
positioning, and how to rally at the non-volley zone.
Through fun drills and guided play, you?ll build solid
fundamentals and develop smart shot choices to enjoy
more success on the court. Perfect for players who are
new to the game or looking to strengthen their
foundation.
